This is a rough draft, Im trying to think so I have this so far:
There once was a family who took a weekly boat trip out to the ocean.  The waves were such a beautiful site to them that they would spend hours admiring the endless glisten.  Since the young boy was small they would take him out to watch the dolphins and see fish in the ocean.    One day the boys parents fell asleep and the boy decided to jump in the ocean.  He was never scared jumping in because he loved the ocean life.  He held his breath as he jumped in and opened his eyes.  To his amazement he saw a big green fish staring at him and he said "Hi there whats your name?" The young boy told him "hi, my name is Tommy".  When Tommy said his name he realized he could breathe under water.  He started talking to the big green fish.  The big green fish took Tommy on an under water adventure.  Tommy met many fish, some dolphins, a couple whales and even a shark.  The big green fish told Tommy" before you go we would like to give you something special so you will always remember us".   The big green fish gave Tommy a small golden box with green gems that he found at the bottom of the ocean.  Tommy thanked him for that great adeventure and crawled back into the boat.
